1. How long will it take to get my room E-Design?
You can expect to receive your preliminary E-Design Presentation via email approximately 1 to 2 weeks from the date we receive all needed details or completion of the in-home consultation.

2. Between the preliminary E-Design presentation and final version, how long will it be before the design is finalized?
Generally with good communication between both parties, we will be able to finalize an E-Design within a couple of weeks; this can vary depending on the scope or customizations that may be required.

3. How can we accurately re-design your room(s) without seeing it or meeting you personally?
There are several online tools we use to make this possible with todays every changing world of new technologies and online presence. In order to allow us to accurately understand your budget, needs likes and dislikes, you will be asked to complete and online survey, provide us with a rough sketch of your space, and photos. It is important that we get to know and understand your needs, your style, likes and dislikes and most importantly what your vision is for the ideal space.

4. Can some of my existing furnishings be incorporated in the design plan?
Absolutely, this is part of the important communication that takes place in this process and helps us create unique personalized space plans.

5. If I have an open floor plan with 2 or 3 rooms, which do I select first?
In this case, we strongly recommend that you purchase a design plan for the entire open space which typically is 2 or 3 rooms. Spaces which open into another tend to feel like a single space, it is not possible to truly transform the look without taking into consideration everything your eye seeks in its single view. This is the best part of purchasing an E-Design plan, you can implement the plan(s) in stages as your time and budget allows.

6. How do you make sure you stay within the budget given to spend?
We can work within just about any budget to accommodate your needs. That said, our ability to transform a space will be determined by what you have set aside for your project.

7. Will I be able to purchase the items directly?
Yes, there are a number of home furnishing retailers that have established online presence, which enables us to provide you with a shopping list with all the recommended items you can purchase on your own. (Retailers such as: West Elm, CB2, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, Pier One, Wayfair as well as some more common suppliers that may be local to your area for renovation supplies such as Home Depot or Lowes, Rona, Ikea etc.)

8. Will you make changes to my plan if I don’t like something you’ve selected?
Absolutely, it is our desire that you are completely satisfied with the finalized plan, we will work with you to ensure you have your ideal space. If we have missed the mark and you send us your thoughts we will provide up to three (3) rounds of revisions per design plan at no charge.

9. Once I have my plan, how do I ask follow –up questions?
After receipt of your final E-Design Presentation Package and included re-selection (limit 3 rounds of revisions per plan), our obligations to one another for that phase of your project is fulfilled. However, if you do have additional questions, we will be happy to help via email or by phone, or you may wish to consider purchasing some of our additional services.

10. What happens if I wait to purchase an item, and then it’s no longer available?
We recommend before purchasing our services that you wait until you are financially and practically ready to implement a design change. The world of manufacturing goods is rapidly changing and there are no guarantees that the item(s) specified today will be available three or six months from now. That said, if this occurs, we are happy to help you find replacement pieces.

11. Do you offer other services besides the E-Design Room Package?
Yes, we offer additional services, such as: Design Management and Consultation during construction or remodel, Sourcing trades on behalf of our clients, Purchasing materials, finishes and furnishings and as well as installation of final design plan(s).

12. What locations do you offer E-Design services to?
Online E-Design services are available to clients throughout Canada and the US. In-Home consultations as well as additional full home decorating and design services are available to local clients in the Winnipeg and surrounding areas.
